You must shoot a video and you must talk about your every day routines. For instance, you can start with this sentence:

Look, you must use the Present Simple and different frequency adverbs (always, usually, often, seldom, never) on each sentence. You can perform a role if you want. For example: you can be lying on your bed and after that, you get up and say the sentence above (I always get up at eight o'clock in the morning).

You have to mention from 3 to 5 routines that you do before lunchtime and the same number of them that you do after lunchtime.

It is important the word order, the pronunciation, the rythm and the intonation.
